1. Services & quotes
MOTIONOVA STUDIO provides motion graphics and animated video. Each project is defined by a written quote or agreement describing scope, deliverables, revisions and timeline. Prices on the website are introductory starting prices in USD and are not a binding offer.
2. Client materials
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all logos, images, footage, music, copy and other materials you supply, and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
3. Revisions
The number of revision rounds is stated in your quote. Additional changes beyond that scope may be quoted separately.
4. Commercial licence
- Once the project is paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the final delivered videos in your own marketing, advertising and social media.
- Resale, sublicensing as a standalone product, or claiming the work as created by another studio is not permitted without written agreement.
- Source project files, fonts and third-party stock or music are not included unless stated in the quote.
- We may show finished work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
